The Company notifies that according to the resolution of the Board of Directors Committee of Capital Market, article 4, paragraph 1, point e, of 5/204/14.11.2000, duties of the Company’s Financial/Administrative Director will be undertaken by Mr. Koulocheris S. Vassilios (ID Nr.: Ξ 475984), in replacement of the resigned, due to retirement, Mr. Panagiotis I. Skaltsas.
