Reply to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission’s Letter No. 2812/6.07.2009

In response to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission’s Letter No. 2812/6.07.2009, INTRAKAT informs that healthcare is in the process of being incorporated in the eligible for the area applications.
The signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) between INTRAKAT and IASO SOUTH SUBURBS S.A. (Press Release on 19.3.2009) provides for the obligation of INTRAKAT to receive all necessary licenses in order to build a clinic at the municipality of St. Ioannis Rendi within a period of 8 months, with the option to extend for an additional three months. Following the end of the aforementioned period, IASO SOUTH SUBURBS S.A. reserves the right either to withdraw from the agreement or to provide INTRAKT with a new 3-month deadline in order to receive the above required licenses.
