Notification for the appointment of the new Financial Manager of the INTRAKAT Group of companies

The Company INTRAKAT notifies, according to L. 3340/2005 and art.2 of the decision 3/347/12-7-2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that as of January 15, 2008, Mr Sotirios Karamagkiolis was appointed Financial Manager of the INTRAKAT Group of companies.
