Issuance of a common bond loan

The company INTRAKAT S.A. announces that on 8.10.2004 signed a common bond loan, of a five-year duration, amounting euros 15,000,000. The principal debenture-holders are the companies National Bank of Greece, Omega Bank S.A. and Societe Generale Hellas, while the National Bank of Greece has also been appointed as a payments’ trustee and representative of the debenture-holders. It is noted that the Ordinary Shareholders General Meeting of the company, which met on 24/06/2004 approved the issue of the aforesaid bond loan, in order to facilitate the company in financing its new investments and in re-financing its existing short-term bank loans.
