INTRAKAT – Financial Calendar of 2012

INTRAKAT announces its Financial Calendar for 2012, in accordance with articles 4.1.2 (b) & 4.1.4.3.1 of the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation and in the context of timely and proper notification of the investor community:

  • Friday 30/03/2012 – Release of the Annual Financial Results for FY 2011, which will be posted on the Athens Exchange website (www.ase.gr) and on the company’s website (www.intrakat.gr), following the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange.
  • Saturday 31/03/2012 – Publishing of the Financial Data and Information for the FY 2011 in the press
  • Monday 25/06/2012 – Shareholders’ Annual General Assembly
  • The Board of Directors intends to propose to the upcoming Annual General Assembly not to distribute dividend for the FY 2011

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the investment community by amending the present, according to the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation.
