Intrakat: Agreement signed with Army Pension Fund to lease building at 3-5 Kolokotroni Street in Athens
Paiania, 18/10/2017 – Intrakat signed an agreement with the Hellenic Army Pension Fund to lease a building located at 3-5 Kolokotroni Street in Athens. Intrakat leased the three-story, 4,160 sq.m. landmarked building owned by the APF for 20 years at €40.000 per month.
The company intends to develop the building into a 45 room boutique hotel that will start operating in 2019, following the required construction work.
Intrakat Group CEO Petros Souretis noted: “Intrakat’s decision to lease an emblematic landmarked building in the heart of Athens and develop it into a boutique hotel is part of our group strategy focusing on our country’s “golden” tourist destinations. Athens certainly shows signs of growth and of becoming an increasingly sought after destination by visitors from abroad who put great weight on aesthetics and premium hospitality experiences, elements that perfectly match our approach to hospitality services.”
