SUBJECT: Completion of Merger by absorption of the “PRISMA DOMI ATE” by INTRAKAT.

Τhe S.A. company “INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL AND STEEL CONSTRUCTION” (distinctive title “INTRAKAT”), hereby announces to all investors that, on 30-12-2014 has been registered in the General Commercial Register (GEMH,  Registration Number 288220) the nr. 78701/29-12-2014 approving decision of the Deputy Minister of Development and Competitiveness, by which the merger by absorption of its subsidiary (100%) company under the name “PRISMA DOMI TECHNICAL COMPANY SA” (distinctive title PRISMA DOMI ATE) has been completed.

The merger was carried out in accordance with the provisions of art. 78 L2190/1920 and arts. 1-5 L 2166/1993, as applicable. As has already been announced, the above merger will not lead to the issuing of new shares, as the absorbing company already held all the shares of the absorbed one (their acquisition value being equal to the share capital of the absorbed company).
