The project comprises the construction, completion and maintenance of a campus and school premises for the American School of Dubai with total construction area of 45,105m2, covered walks, stairs terraces: 5,869m2, roof top play areas of 4,033m2 consisting of Class Room Blocks, Gymnasium Block, Auditorium Block, Libraries, Swimming Pools, Landscaping and Playgrounds.
