SUBJECT: «INTRAKAT – Financial Calendar of 2013»

INTRAKAT announces its Financial Calendar for 2013, in accordance with articles 4.1.2 (b) & 4.1.4.3.1 of the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation and in the context of timely and proper notification of the investor community:

  • Friday 29/03/2013 – Release of the Annual Financial Results for FY 2012, which will be posted on the Athens Exchange website (www.ase.gr) and on the company’s website (www.intrakat.gr).
  • Monday 03/06/2013 – Annual reporting to analysts regarding the Company’s financial results of the FY 2012
  • Tuesday 25/06/2013 – Shareholders’ Annual General Assembly
  • The Board of Directors intends to propose to the upcoming Annual General Assembly not to distribute dividend for the FY 2012

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the investment community by amending the present, according to the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation.
