INTRAKAT informs the investment community in accordance to article 2 (par. 2e) of the decision 3/347/12-7-2005 of the B.o.D of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 08/10/2012, approved the administrative reorganization and the re-granting of representation rights of the company.
The new organizational structure of the company is as follows:
- Petros K. Souretis – Managing Director
- Charalambos K. Kallis – General Manager, Steel Constructions, Telecommunications & Energy Projects
- Dimitris A. Pappas – General Manager, Constructions & Infrastructure Projects
- George D. Kapsaskis – Technical Manager, Project Administration Ι
- Leonidas N. Nikolopoulos – Technical Manager, Project Administration ΙI
- NikolaosI.Vassilas – Manager, Steel Constructions
- Konstantinos A. Nezis – Manager, Energy Projects
