Notification of the establishment of the Company "ALPHA MOGILANY DEVELOPMENT Spzoo" in Poland

INTRAKAT SA informs the investment community that via its 100% subsidiary INTRAKAT INTERNATIONAL LTD, and along with ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA and VARDAS SA proceeded with the establishment of the company ALPHA MOGILANY DEVELOPMENT Spzoo, headquartered in Krakow, Poland. The three companies own 25% each, while the remainder percent is owned by private investors. The scope of business of the new company is real estate development and management, its share capital amounts to 50,000 PLN and INTRAKAT INTERNATIONAL LTD participation amounts to 12,500 PLN.
