Signing of a preliminary agreement for the sale of property owned to IASO SOUTH SUBURBS S.A.

INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL AND STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS with the distinctive title INTRAKAT announces the signing of a preliminary agreement with IASO SOUTH SUBURBS S.A. for the purchase and sale of property whose area extends over 12,680 sq. meters owned by INTRAKAT located at the St. John Rendis municipality. The signing of the preliminary agreement was realized pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 19.03.2009 between INTRAKAT and IASO SOUTH SUBURBS S.A.
