Notification on significant changes of voting rights pursuant to Law 3556/2007

INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL AND STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS with the distinctive title “INTRAKAT”, hereinafter the “Company”, pursuant to articles 9, 14 and 21 of Law 3556/2007 and decision No 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission BoD and pursuant to the notification dated 10.08.2009 by T. KARAGIANNIS SA, informs the investment community that due to the floating of the 14,847,000 new shares of the Company as a result of the share capital increase for the absorption by INTRAKAT of the construction divisions of the companies EUROKAT SA, CYBARCO SA and T. KARAGIANNIS SA, which was approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 17.11.2008 and also approved by Decision of the Ministry of Development with protocol No Κ2-14428/28-11-2008 (Government Gazette No 13311/1.12.2008), the number of voting rights attached to common registered shares of the Company owned by T. KARAGIANNIS SA, is formed at 6,928,600, or 7.48% of the total outstanding voting rights attached to Company shares, versus 0% owned prior to the aforementioned share capital increase. In specific:

• Date of Transaction when the participation rate exceeds the 5% threshold: 10/08/2009
• Number of shares and equal number of voting rights prior to the transaction: 0, or  0%
• Number of shares and equal number of voting rights after the transaction: 6,928,600, or 7.48%

It is noted that as of 10/08/2009 the total outstanding number of voting rights attached to common registered shares of the Company amounts to 92,617,000.
