The Star Channel building – new office complex, TV studio, showroom and car repair shop – was erected at 36, Viltanioti Street in K. Kifissia.

The multi-storey building houses office spaces, TV studio, service, showroom and parking area. The building is of conventional structure made of reinforced concrete. The plot’s total area is 9,344 m2 and the building’s area is 23,320 m2.

Aktor implemeted the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electromechanical works of the project.
