The Joint Venture between Bouygues Batiment International and INTRAKAT was selected as the pre-construction management consultant regarding the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) services for the Marina Residential Tower at Ellinikon

INTRAKAT SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL AND ENERGY PROJECTS, d.t. INTRAKAT (here in after “INTRAKAT”), in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that following the completion by LAMDA DEVELOPMENT SΑ of the relative process, the Joint Venture between Bouygues Batiment International and Intrakat was selected as the pre-construction management consultant that will provide pre-construction management services in the form of “Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)” for the development of the Marina Residential Tower, at Ellinikon.

The Joint Venture will offer pre-construction management services in the form of “Early
Contractor Involvement (ECI)” to assist LAMDA DEVELOPMENT SA in the design, planning, procurement, logistics, and construction management, in preparation for the construction of the project.
