Description: The new 5-star boutique hotel “Xenodocheio Milos” under construction by Intrakat is a beautiful neoclassical building behind the Old Parliament, situated in the center of Athens, at the junction of 3-5 Kolokotroni and Voulis streets. The total area of the hotel is 4,400 sqm consisting of a ground floor, 5 upper floors and 2 basements and it has a capacity of 43 keys. The building is formed by two “twin” listed buildings that are joined by a later glass addition on the top floors and belongs to the Army Share Fund. INTRAKAT has leased the building since 2017 for a twenty-year period.
