SUBJECT: «INTRAKAT – Financial Calendar of 2016»
INTRAKAT announces its Financial Calendar for 2016, in accordance with articles 4.1.2 (b) & 4.1.4.3.1 of the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation and in the context of timely and proper notification of the investor community:

  • Thursday 31/03/2016 – Release of the Annual Financial Results for FY 2015, which will be posted on the Athens Exchange website (www.helex.gr) and on the company’s website (www.intrakat.gr).
  • Friday 20/05/2016 – Annual reporting to analysts regarding the Company’s financial results of the FY 2015
  • Tuesday 14/06/2016 – Shareholders’ Annual General Assembly
  • The Board of Directors intends to propose to the upcoming Annual General Assembly not to distribute dividend for the FY 2015

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the investment community by amending the present, according to the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation
