The Societe Anonyme with the corporate name “INTRAKAT SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL AND ENERGY PROJECTS” (d.t. “INTRAKAT”) announces that on 25.11.2021 a binding agreement has been executed with the company “AMICROSS LTD”, regarding the heads of terms for the construction of hotel and villas complex at “Kalo Livadi”, Mykonos, the budget of which amounts to €67.000.000.
