Subject: Announcement regarding the acquisition of own shares

INTRAKAT, pursuant to article 4.1.3.14 of the ATHEX Exchange Rulebook, announces that the
Shareholders Extraordinary General Meeting held on 28/12/2020, approved the Company’s share buy back, according to article 49 of L.4548/2018, up to 10% of the paid up share capital including the own shares which have been acquired and held by the Company (total number of own shares 30.000), for a time period of 24 months . i.e. until 28.12.2022, with a minimum purchase price of 0,30 euro and a maximum price of 10,00 euro per share. The own shares will be used in accordance with current legislation.

Furthermore, the General Meeting approved the granting of authorization to the Board of Directors for the implementation and the observation of the relevant legal formalities.
